Our hosting provider may process standard request information such as an IP address, browser and device characteristics, request time, and security or performance logs in order to deliver and protect the site.

If you mail us about support, privacy, or accessibility, we process the contact details and information you include so we can respond. If ingredient shopping is enabled and you request a cart, we process the selected recipe and its ingredient list to make that request. We do not ask you to enter payment-card information on ViralEats.

We use limited technical information to serve pages, protect the cart endpoint from abuse, diagnose availability problems, and maintain the site. We use correspondence to respond to a request you send us. Recipe and ingredient information is used only to create the ingredient-shopping destination you request, when that optional service is available.

ViralEats does not use advertising cookies, analytics tags, session replay, or third-party visitor-tracking tools. The application does not use local storage for visitor tracking.

If you choose a display theme, ViralEats stores a first-party ve_theme cookie containing only light, dark, or system. Its purpose is to remember that display choice for up to one year; it is not used for advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking. You can remove it in your browser settings at any time.

ViralEats is hosted by Vercel. Vercel processes hosting and operational data under its own agreements and privacy documentation. Ingredient-shopping actions are disabled until an approved provider configuration is in place. If you choose an enabled Instacart action, Instacart receives the recipe and ingredient information needed to provide its service, and its own terms and privacy notice govern its destination.

ViralEats does not retain an account or analytics profile for recipe visitors. Operational request and security logs are retained only through the hosting configuration and for the period needed to operate, secure, or meet legal obligations for the service. We retain mailed correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request, keep a record of the response, or meet legal obligations.

You may ask about the personal information connected to a request you sent us, subject to applicable law and verification. ViralEats does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Hosting providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. ViralEats is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We will update this notice before materially changing these practices and will revise the date at the top of this page.
